Saying goodbye to my beloved Timmy was heartbreaking, but Dr. Suzanne Gallent brought us peace and comfort through her calm, compassionate care. She explained each step, asked for my permission, gave me time with Timmy, and never rushed. Her peace and compassion still linger in my home, especially when I sit by the window overlooking the lake. As I hold Timmy’s teddy bear, I can still hear her kind, soothing voice, which continues to comfort me as I grieve. Thank you, Suzanne. Saying goodbye to our beloved Nika after almost 11 years was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of our lives. We knew that when the time came, we wanted her final moments to be peaceful, in a place where she felt safe and comfortable.

From our very first interaction with Peaceful Passing, the kindness, compassion and attentiveness we received were truly exceptional. The care and understanding shown to us before, during and even after Nika's passing made an incredibly difficult experience a little easier to navigate.

Dr. Suzanne Gallant was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, patient and genuinely compassionate, giving us the time and space we needed to say our goodbyes. Nika was able to spend her final moments in her own backyard, her favourite place in the world, surrounded by the people who loved her. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt reassured knowing her comfort and dignity came first.

There is no easy way to say goodbye to a beloved family member, but I am so grateful that we were able to give Nika such a peaceful and loving farewell.

Everything about our interaction with Peaceful Passing was incredible. The kindness and gentle way we were guided through this process made the whole thing bearable. Laura was so patient and helpful while we struggled with determining the date. And Dr Suzanne has a true gift in the way she works - we are so thankful to have found PP as we set our beloved 15yr old fur baby to rest in his favourite place infront of the window. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service we received. Having to say goodbye to our dog was one of the hardest things we’ve had to do, but they made an absolutely awful experience a little easier.  The vet was incredibly personable, compassionate and accommodating. Even though it was dark out, she was more than willing to walk to the back of our property so our girl could be somewhere she was comfortable. We had a little bonfire set up for her, and the whole experience felt very personal and peaceful. She took the time to walk us through everything and explain the process, which made something incredibly difficult a little more bearable. The pricing was also very reasonable, comparable to what you would pay at a regular vet clinic, which just goes to show that their priority really is the animals and the families they care for. The loss of a pet is never easy. The entire process feels absolutely out of body. We had used a previous service for another dog which left me feeling unhappy and with a little bit of trauma. We decided to go with Peaceful Passing for the transition for our last dog. I couldn't even begin to explain the night and day difference in attitude, professionalism, and care. They came equipped with a beautiful basket and blanket to help transport our little. They took the time to ask questions about our dog and learn a little bit about him. They handled the last few moments and goodbye with such dignity and respect, it helped making saying goodbye a little bit easier. Could not have asked for a better way to say goodbye to my best friend. Dr. Graham was punctual, polite and calming. Options were presented to me but I did not feel like I was ever being upsold on any extra services. The pace of the procedure was not rushed in any sort of way.
