It was a very difficult decision to choose to say goodbye bye to our beloved doodle of 14.5years. From the moment Dr.Hooper arrived she made us feel completely validated that we were making the right choice. The entire experience was lovely, and I highly recommend this service and her.

This was our second dog that Peaceful Passing helped cross the rainbow bridge. I struggle to find the right words to describe this service. Obviously, dealing with the passing of a beloved pet is heartbreaking, but if we need to say goodbye because we love them so much we want their suffering to end… the look of comfort and relaxation on our dog’s face said it all…on his most comfortable spot, surrounded by family, and touched by 7 pairs of loving hands and soothing voices. It really was as peaceful as you could imagine. Dr. Dailley helped us 10 years ago, and Dr. Graham this past weekend, and both had phenomenal compassion and a remarkable bedside manner.

Dr Cindy was absolutely amazing. She was professional, compassionate and patient. Thank you Dr Cindy for making such a difficult experience, a little easier for us and for treating our senior cat with so much kindness and care. Forever grateful to the team who made this experience possible- our girl was resting peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones.
- Kym Waddell
When our beloved Louis became suddenly ill, we were told there was nothing that could be done. We wanted to be at home with him at the end. Dr. Suzanne extended her day on a Sunday for us. She was warm, wonderful and so caring. She gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and then gently placed our Louis in a basket with his favourite blanket. We received personal condolence messages after. We cannot say how much it meant to us to be with him and the care Dr. Suzanne took. We will forever be grateful.
- Sherry van Ogtrop
Dr. Gallant was compassionate, professional and caring. Our beloved Charlie was in excellent hands with Peaceful Passing. They made this extremely difficult time much easier to handle.
- Courtney Parchem
We had Dr. Brooke Manderson from Peaceful Passing come to our home for our sweet Diesel’s last moments. She was so kind, gentle and understanding with both him and our family. Being able to have him pass peacefully at home, surrounded by the people who loved him, meant so much to us. Thank you for making such a heartbreaking day a little easier and for taking such good care of our boy.

Our family would like to share a Huge Thank you to Dr. Cathy Hooper for assisting and supporting us with saying goodbye to our beautiful Airedale dog, Mya. We will miss her so much. Dr. Hooper made our in-home experience with 'peaceful passing' so comfortable, relaxed and peaceful. ❤️We can't thank you enough for being so compassionate and letting us say goodbye to Mya with dignity. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful big boy Frank this weekend (Francis Xavier Grant II, a.k.a., Bub, Big Bub, the Big Man…). He had many nicknames. His Osteosarcoma had advanced to the point he was at risk of breaking his leg. Dr. Graham was kind, supportive and wonderful. On her arrival Frank immediately brought her a toy to show his love. We have wonderful memories of him right up until his passing and are very grateful that he was in in own bed, surrounded by his favorite toys and us!

Dr Kirsten Graham was professional, compassionate and so kind when she came to our home. My son says she should be paid a million dollars for what she does and how wonderfully she does it. Thank you so much. Highly sensitive, kind and I so recommend this service. A dignified death for our wonderful Sadie.
- Diana Duculet
The service was a true blessing given the condition of our beloved kitty. Not having to put him to another drive to the vet was a relief. We weren't sure of the date because the condition was evolving in his last few days, and the people at Peaceful Passing were very understanding. We managed to get an appointment the morning we decided it was time. Dr. Shanna was very gentle and compassionate through one of our worst times. Thank you.
- Carly Kuntz
Peaceful Passing and Dr. Shanna made saying goodbye to our baby boy, Banx (a 12-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback with cancer) as peaceful as it could be. It was a devastating loss for us, but they made the process easy and smooth. They were very responsive prior to and flexible. The doctor herself was patient and kind and empathetic. We are still so sad, but at least he passed at home, in his favourite spot, with his loved ones with him, with his head cradled in my arms. Thank you so much Dr. Shanna and team. <3
- Kathryn Brillinger
One of our elderly dogs who was already 15 suffered a stroke Saturday morning. Dr. Lynn was able to come the same day and put him to sleep at our home as we sat with him feeding him steak before he was out. She was so kind and professional amd made our sadness more bearable. For us, the cost was so worth it so that neither he nor the family had to say goodbye away from home.
