Locum Veterinarians (Burlington, London, Oakville, Hamilton, Milton, Cambridge, Kitchener, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Brantford, GTA or Georgetown)

Peaceful Passing is seeking highly qualified part-time locum veterinarians to provide in-home end-of-life care in Southern Ontario. If you are an experienced, compassionate, and empathetic veterinarian residing in Burlington, London, Oakville, Hamilton, Milton, Cambridge, Georgetown, or in close proximity to large city centers, we would like to invite you to join our expanding team.

Our scope of practice is exclusive to delivering in-home end-of-life care to dogs, cats, and small mammals. We are looking for veterinarians who excel in client communication, venipuncture, sedation techniques, and who possess the ability to work independently. Other important qualities in a candidate will be punctuality, organizational skills, maintaining composure in challenging situations, and the ability to lift heavier pets.

Candidates will also be required to have their own vehicle, appropriate for transporting remains, and their own liability insurance.

We offer competitive compensation on a per-call basis and allow our locums to co-create their own work schedules.
